Renshi Neil Jones

Renshi Jones is a graduate of North Carolina State University, holding a degree in computer engineering.  As a seventh degree black belt under Hanshi Coffin, Renshi Jones is the head instructor at Vic Coffin Karate of Garner and regularly teaches both adult and youth classes. Renshi Jones spent two years living next door to Hanshi Coffin and studying with him daily.  He is an avid student of strength, flexibility, and mobility training.

Sensei Alex (Teddy Bear) Hentschel

Sensei Teddy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2013, and is currently a student at the Campbell School of Law in Raleigh. Living in Greensboro afforded Sensei Teddy the opportunity to train in karate on a nearly daily basis. He is currently a fourth degree black belt under Hanshi Coffin and an instructor for adult classes.

Sensei Amy Burke

A magna cum laude graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in secondary education and certified North Carolina teacher with more than a decade of educational experience, Sensei Burke is a third degree black belt under Hanshi Vic Coffin. Sensei Burke is an instructor for adult and youth karate classes and the supervisor for the academic and camp programs at Vic Coffin Karate of Garner.

Sensei Patrick Burke

Sensei Patrick Burke graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in information and computer technology. A third degree black belt under Hanshi Coffin, Sensei Burke is an instructor for adult classes, as well as providing technology support for the dojo.

Mrs. Jessica Jones

A graduate from Guilford College with a degree in psychology, Mrs. Jones is currently a first degree black belt under Hanshi Coffin.  Mrs. Jones is the lead instructor for the after-school school program at the dojo and an instructor for youth karate classes.
